Well this place no longer has any appeal for me whatsoever.
Once this place was a place I was proud of, but once again, politics and industry and people afraid to stand up and make change have had their way. 'S cool. Just not my thing. There's a time to fight for what you believe in, and a time to put down your side of the rope. This place is a drain and a drag and I don't believe in it anymore.
Thanks to those people who were supportive and knew the real shit that went down over the past few months.
Sorry I didn't get to know more of you.
Good luck especially to Evolution's Chaos, Ronnie, Thasp, JFF and anyone else who wasn't a complete horse's ass to me.

A most curious thing just happened.
My post asking if anyone had any experience with finder's fees contracts was deleted.
I reposted, thinking MAYBE it was a mistake, and I got;

It was no accident. I've told you, if I see your posts, I'll delete them.
This is the last post I'll let stay from you.

Curious.

If only I could find that magic threat for my husband...

Let me just reflect upon how crazy-fun it is being a promoter of a band you love. And who loves you back.
*reflects*
Why, it's frigging wonderful!
Tragik has helped faciliate the Anti-Industry nights into existence. Big thanks to Ken, who pitched the idea to the legendary Grape Street Pub in Manayunk - the owners loved the ideas, and the bands he brought on. Tragik is headlining!!
After the renovations at the Grape, AI will start hosting indie music nights in Philly.
If there are any bands in the area who are interested, just shoot me an email at jkate@anti-industry.com with a link to your songs and we'll see if we have compatible sounds.

of losing all my files....
This Java class I'm taking bites my ass, but I just have to survive 4 more weeks of it and I'm OK...if only I weren't brain dead when I get home every night.

I was SO disgusted by the lack of decent movies on today, that I voluntarily watched Footloose.
